Eligibility Criteria
- Undergraduate Law Students
- 3-Year LL.B. Program: 2nd year & above
- 5-Year Integrated LL.B. Program: 4th year & above
- Strong legal research and analytical skills.
- Demonstrated interest in constitutional law, commercial law, and public policy.
Internship Responsibilities
Interns will be required to assist in:
✔ Preparing legal briefs summarizing case facts, submissions, and relevant precedents.
✔ Conducting in-depth legal research on constitutional, commercial, and procedural law issues.
✔ Drafting legal memos and opinions for internal reference.
✔ Attending court proceedings and recording detailed minutes for case discussions.
✔ Reviewing judgments and assisting in opinion writing.
📌 Confidentiality & Professional Conduct: Interns are expected to maintain the highest standards of confidentiality, discretion, and professionalism during the internship.
Selection Process
✔ Application Review: Shortlisted applicants will undergo a telephonic or virtual interview.
✔ Confirmation: Selected candidates will receive their internship confirmation 2-4 weeks before the internship start date.
Orientation & Work Guidelines
At the start of the internship, interns will undergo an orientation session covering:
- Essential office procedures.
- Research methodologies and access to legal databases.
- Formatting guidelines for case briefs and reports.
- Ethical and professional expectations within the judicial system.
