The office of HMJ R. Mahadevan is dedicated to upholding the rule of law and delivering justice at the highest level. As a Judge of the Supreme Court of India, HMJ R. Mahadevan oversees significant cases that shape the legal landscape of the nation. Internship Opportunity
We are excited to invite applications for full-time hybrid/online internships in our office on a rolling basis from October 2024 to May 2025. This internship offers a unique opportunity to work closely with the judicial system and gain hands-on experience in legal research and drafting.
Eligibility Criteria
This internship is open to law students who meet the following requirements:
- For 5-Year Program: Candidates must be in their 3rd year or above.
- For 3-Year Program: Candidates must be in their 2nd year or above.
Key Responsibilities
Interns will be expected to undertake the following tasks:
- Drafting: Prepare brief notes on various matters before the court, ensuring clarity and precision in legal writing.
- Legal Issue Identification: Analyze cases to identify key legal issues that may arise in court proceedings.
- Legal Research: Conduct thorough legal research to support ongoing cases, contributing to the development of legal arguments and strategies.
