About the Role:

Disha Law Firm is looking for a Junior Advocate to join their team. The role requires a professional with at least 3 years of legal experience who can assist senior attorneys with case preparation, legal drafting, conducting research, attending court hearings, and maintaining case files. The firm offers a supportive environment where legal professionals can expand their knowledge and experience in the legal field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist senior attorneys with case preparation and strategy.
• Draft pleadings, legal documents, and legal correspondences.
• Conduct legal research and summarize findings.
• Review case files and legal precedents.
• Attend court hearings and take detailed notes.
• Liaise with clients to gather necessary information for case management.
• Maintain and organize case files and legal documentation.

Eligibility & Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of prior experience in a legal role.
• Strong research, drafting, and communication skills.
• Ability to attend court hearings and interact with clients.

Stipend/Salary:

• ₹30,000 per month (based on experience).
