Job Description: Junior Analyst (Legal)

We are seeking Fresh Graduates to join our team as Junior Analysts (Legal) for our US Legal Process Outsourcing (LPO) backend operations. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals looking to begin their professional journey in the legal outsourcing industry while gaining hands-on experience in legal data management and backend operations.

Key Details:

• Location: Gurgaon, Work from Home
• Shift Timings: 6 PM to 3 AM (Night Shift)
• Salary: ₹16,000 in hand per month
• Eligibility: Only fresh graduates from Delhi NCR are eligible.
• Note: Graduates with BE/B.Tech/BCA/MCA degrees are not eligible for this position.

Role & Responsibilities

As a Junior Analyst (Legal) at HelioNext India, you will be responsible for supporting backend operations in the US legal outsourcing process. You will work closely with the LPO team to ensure accurate and timely completion of legal tasks related to document management, data processing, and compliance monitoring. Specific responsibilities include:

• Data Management: Manage and process legal data for US clients, ensuring that all information is accurate, organized, and up to date.
• Document Review & Preparation: Assist in reviewing legal documents, contracts, and agreements, ensuring that they meet client requirements and are prepared in accordance with legal standards.
• MS Office Support: Utilize MS Office tools to compile, organize, and maintain legal data, ensuring all project tasks are efficiently handled.
• Team Collaboration: Work with a diverse team of legal professionals and coordinators to ensure that all backend processes are completed on time and meet quality standards.
• Client Communication: While this is primarily a backend role, you may be required to assist in preparing reports and updates for client communication.

This is a night shift position, and you will be working from 6 PM to 3 AM. However, the role is remote, allowing for flexibility while providing critical support to our clients in the US legal sector.
