About the Opportunity

This is a full-time, in-office position suited for legal professionals with 2–3 years of experience in commercial real estate law, especially those who have worked in-house or in real estate law firms. The selected candidate will be exposed to drafting, legal advisory, contract vetting, litigation coordination, and regulatory compliance.

The role is dynamic and hands-on, with direct interaction across departments, regulatory authorities, and external legal teams.

Roles and Responsibilities

🔹 Real Estate Advisory

• Assist with due diligence in land/property transactions
• Vet legal documents for title clarity, compliance, and risk identification
• Draft and review paperwork for RERA registrations, QPRs, audit filings, etc. under UP-RERA, HARERA

🔹 Contract Management

• Draft & vet MOUs, LOIs, NDAs, Lease Deeds, SHAs, SPAs, and License Agreements
• Special focus on Buyer Builder Agreements (BBAs) and Possession Certificates
• Create internal legal briefs for management and inter-departmental use

🔹 Corporate Governance

• Liaise with company secretaries, CRM executives, auditors, and legal consultants
• Ensure compliance and secretarial support for ongoing business operations

🔹 Legal Research

• Monitor regulatory changes in real estate, IBC, and corporate law
• Provide monthly legal updates on policy amendments and case laws

🔹 Litigation & Dispute Management

• Assist internal teams on representation before courts and tribunals
• Draft Commercial Suits, Legal Notices, Written Statements
• Track ongoing cases and maintain litigation trackers
• Participate in IBC matters and commercial resolution planning

Education and Qualifications

• LL.B. (3-year or 5-year) from a recognized law university
• Bar Enrolment (preferably 2022 or earlier)
• 2–3 years PQE in real estate/corporate legal work (In-house preferred)
• Strong command over:
• Contract Law
• RERA
• IBC
• Companies Act
• Real Estate Laws
• Must be able to read and draft in Hindi fluently
