Key Responsibilities
- Legal Research & Analysis – Conduct research on various legal topics and prepare reports.
- Drafting & Documentation – Assist in drafting contracts, legal briefs, and transaction documents.
- Client Meetings – Attend meetings and take notes on legal discussions.
- Investment Transactions – Assist in drafting, vetting, and negotiating transaction documents for startups and investors.
- Compliance & Legal Functions – Support the legal team in managing corporate compliance.
- Corporate Law & Investment Matters – Work on Company Law, Data Protection, Foreign Investments, Acquisitions, and Investment Exits.
Eligibility Criteria
- 4th or 5th-year law students (pursuing a 5-year integrated LL.B. program).
- Available for a full-time, in-office internship in Mumbai.
- Strong communication and legal research skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, solution-oriented environment.
