Format and Structure

Interns will be expected to work in hybrid mode, with part-time physical presence at the Pune office and remote collaboration as required. Interns will work under the guidance of in-house legal and compliance professionals and handle a diverse workload, including:

• Drafting legal documents: contracts, MOUs, NDAs, service agreements
• Legal research on EdTech regulations, data privacy, employment policies
• Policy work: privacy policies, disclaimers, terms & conditions
• Compliance: preparing internal checklists, assisting in due diligence
• Coordination: interacting with external legal advisors
• Documentation: maintaining organized legal records
• Communication: drafting notices and formal legal correspondences

This internship will not only strengthen a student’s understanding of corporate and technology law but also improve their writing, analytical, and communication skills in a fast-paced setting.
