About the Role

EY is currently hiring for the position of Senior Associate – Regulatory Research & Monitoring (RRM) in its legal division. This full-time role offers legal professionals an exciting opportunity to work on compliance-related projects across various jurisdictions, providing deep insight into international regulatory frameworks.

Role Details

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct research on global compliance and regulatory frameworks.
• Analyze and interpret statutes, regulations, and case law.
• Draft and structure legal findings in professional formats.
• Engage in continuous learning, training, and upskilling.
• Collaborate effectively with legal teams and escalate issues as needed.
• Ensure timely delivery and high-quality legal outputs.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Educational Qualification: Degree in Law (LLB or equivalent).
• Experience: 2–4 years in legal research, compliance, or regulatory law.
• Core Skills:
  • Legal research and writing
  • English language proficiency
  • Statutory interpretation
  • Familiarity with databases like Westlaw, LexisNexis
  • MS Word and Excel proficiency
  • Excellent organizational and communication abilities
