About the Opportunity

Ramboll’s Global Legal Operations (GLO) is seeking a Legal Administrator to join its legal support team in India or Europe. This full-time role involves providing centralized legal services to Ramboll’s international operations across Europe, the UK, US, India, and the APAC region.

The role is ideal for legal professionals with 4–6 years of experience, particularly those with expertise in reviewing contracts, managing risks, and supporting corporate legal functions in consultancy or engineering firms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and redline consultancy contracts across jurisdictions
• Manage CRM tools, shared mailboxes, and dashboards
• Coordinate legal services with relevant internal stakeholders
• Support corporate governance and documentation
• Assist with risk management, insurance, and dispute resolution

Key Deliverables (First 24 Months):

• Efficient contract review aligned with Ramboll’s governance
• Maintain up-to-date corporate data and assist with corporate transactions
• Foster relationships with Tender Managers and Company Directors

Required Skills:

• Legal advising, contract management, dispute resolution
