The Legal Aid Committee of NMIMS Hyderabad is committed to spreading legal awareness and ensuring access to justice for all. The committee collaborates with the District Legal Services Authority (DLSA) and conducts legal aid camps, awareness campaigns, and workshops on crucial legal issues.

The 1st Legal Aid Policy Drafting Competition 2025 is a one-of-a-kind event that encourages students to propose innovative policy solutions for enhancing legal aid accessibility using Generative AI. Participants will develop and draft policies that address real-world legal challenges, aiming to bridge the gap between technology and justice.

• Word Limit: Maximum 7 pages (excluding cover page).
• Citation Format: Bluebook 21st edition for law articles.
• Plagiarism Limit: Max. 10% allowed.
• Marking Criteria: Knowledge, originality, research depth, articulation, and practical applicability.
