Format/Structure

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle compliance across various law domains such as Labour, HSE, Secretarial, Admin, and Sector-specific regulations.
• Conduct compliance risk reviews, assessments, and audits.
• Create and implement compliance checklists, manuals, SOPs, training content, and policies.
• Drive and support compliance tool implementations across clients.
• Stay updated with regulatory developments, case law, and industry best practices.
• Lead client accounts, resolve escalations, manage internal teams, and act as SPOC for assigned clients.
• Prepare senior management reports and collaborate with multiple internal teams.

Additional Details

Ideal Candidate:

• Strong domain knowledge across multiple legal and compliance frameworks.
• Experience in working with compliance tools and automation is highly preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership and multitasking capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Highly analytical, with the ability to interpret legal risks and develop control strategies.
