Job Responsibilities

• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide variety of contracts and commercial agreements.
• Overseeing regulatory and statutory compliance for the company’s operations, products, and services.
• Managing legal risk and advising business teams on applicable laws and regulations.
• Interpreting and advising on laws related to corporate governance, IT laws, and data privacy.
• Monitoring compliance processes and developing internal policies to meet applicable legal standards.

Eligibility Criteria

• Educational Qualification:
  • Must have an LL.B. degree from a recognized university.
  • Additional qualifications such as an LL.M. or professional certification (e.g., Company Secretary) will be an added advantage.
• Experience:
  • Minimum 3 to 6 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in a legal and/or compliance role.
  • Prior work experience in tech startups, e-commerce, or digital businesses is highly preferred.
