Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct client interviews and provide case updates.
  • Collect and organize documents, evidence, and request reports.
  • Maintain case records and enter data into firm software.
  • Organize and scan legal documents for case files.
  • Generate and submit daily and weekly reports.

Required Qualifications

  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to follow up on case-related tasks.
  • Customer service experience is preferred but not required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Internet-based research.
