About the Job Opportunity

HKJ & Associates is hiring Legal Associates for its Mayur Vihar, Delhi office. This role offers aspiring legal professionals a chance to gain hands-on experience in real estate, property transactions, and corporate law.

Key Responsibilities:

• Property Due Diligence & Title Search: Conducting title verifications and land assessments across India.
• Drafting & Conveyancing: Preparing legal documents such as sale deeds, lease agreements, MOUs, and contracts.
• Legal Compliance & Registration: Assisting with statutory approvals, project sanctions, and regulatory compliance.

Eligibility & Requirements

• Law graduates (0-1 year experience) based in NCR.
• Strong knowledge of Property Law, legal drafting, and due diligence.
• Prior experience in corporate legal teams, law firms, or real estate legal advisory (preferred).
• Interest in real estate and property law is highly desirable.

Remuneration: To be discussed during the interview.
