Project Second Chance (PSC) is a pioneering initiative at the intersection of law and social justice. Conceptualized in 2017, it is India’s first program that places the power of prison reform into the hands of those directly impacted by incarceration. Through the flagship Second Chance Fellowship, former prisoners become changemakers and social entrepreneurs, solving systemic problems inside prisons. About the Event

This full-time legal opportunity is ideal for lawyers with 3–5 years of litigation or NGO experience and a strong interest in social justice, bail laws, and systemic legal reform. The selected Legal Associate will play a pivotal role in developing legal strategy, supervising pro bono networks, training students, and supporting technology-enabled legal interventions. The role is deeply collaborative and aims to bridge the gap between courtrooms, prisons, and communities in need of second chances.

Format and Structure

Eligibility:

• LL.B. or LL.M. from a recognized university

• Comfort with tech platforms and digital tools
