Éclat Law Firm is urgently hiring a Legal Associate – Corporate Law. This full-time, on-site position is perfect for fresh graduates who are enthusiastic about building a career in corporate legal practice. The role offers hands-on experience in contracts, legal compliance, and client engagement, making it an excellent starting point for motivated legal professionals.

Format/Structure

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft, vet, and negotiate commercial contracts, MoUs, shareholder agreements, and NDAs
• Conduct legal research, prepare opinions and memos
• Assist with corporate advisory matters under Companies Act, FEMA, SEBI, etc.
• Support in client meetings, due diligence, and deal execution
• Coordinate with clients, regulatory bodies, and external counsels
• Manage filings, documentation, and maintain timelines

Who Can Apply:

• LL.B. from a reputed law school (additional certifications in corporate law are a plus)
• Strong knowledge of corporate laws, contract law, and transaction structuring
• Excellent drafting, research, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and handle responsibilities with professionalism
