Available Positions

1. Legal Associate

• PQE: 1 year (preferably 2023 or 2024 batch)
• Qualification: LLB
• Location: Chunabhatti, Mumbai & CST
• Practice Areas: Civil & Criminal Litigation, Arbitration, Family & Domestic Violence, Real Estate, and other legal domains.
• Scope of Work:
  • Drafting Suits, Claims, Writs, Petitions, Applications, Appeals, Replies, and Rejoinders.
  • Legal research and court appearances.
  • Handling matters at Bombay High Court, District Courts, NCLT, Family Courts, and Magistrate Courts.
• Requirements:
  • Strong drafting and research skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Full-time commitment to the firm.
• Remuneration: As per experience and merit.

2. Legal Intern

• Eligibility:
  • Preferably in the 3rd year of a 5-year law course or 2nd year of a 3-year law course.
• Location: Chunabhatti, Mumbai & CST
• Practice Areas & Responsibilities:
  • Exposure to Civil & Criminal Litigation, Arbitration, Family Law, and Real Estate.
  • Assisting in legal drafting, research, and case preparation.
• Preferred Candidates: Residing in Mumbai, Thane, or Navi Mumbai.
