About the Role

The position of Legal Associate at The Legal Tech is ideal for recent law graduates or early-career legal professionals looking to work in a fast-paced, client-centric legal practice. This is a full-time, in-office role with an emphasis on legal documentation, contract drafting, litigation assistance, and research-based tasks.

Candidates who are fluent in Kannada and have a strong understanding of legal terminology and documentation will be particularly well-suited for this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft and review legal documents, contracts, and client communications.
• Conduct thorough legal research on case-specific and statutory matters.
• Analyze legal risks and ensure regulatory compliance in client matters.
• Communicate with clients and external legal professionals professionally.
• Assist with internal legal audits and case preparation.
• Support litigation matters, if required, by preparing pleadings and managing schedules.

Eligibility Criteria
