About the Job Opportunity

PAMS Legal is looking for a detail-oriented Legal Associate to assist senior associates and the firm’s legal team. This role provides an excellent opportunity for candidates with 1-3 years of experience to sharpen their legal skills in legal research, drafting, and client support.

The Legal Associate will play a key role in supporting day-to-day operations of the firm, working closely on cases and contributing to the development of legal strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Legal Research: Conduct comprehensive legal research on case laws, statutes, and regulations to support ongoing litigation and advisory matters.
• Document Drafting: Draft legal documents, including contracts, pleadings, agreements, and client correspondence, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and compliance with legal standards.
• Case Management: Assist senior associates with case preparation, court filings, and maintaining case files.
• Client Support: Support senior associates in client meetings, providing updates, clarifications, and resolving queries under supervision.
• Compliance: Monitor legal compliance and risk factors in contractual matters and other legal documentation.

Eligibility Criteria

• Educational Qualification: Bachelor of Laws (LLB) or equivalent degree from a recognized university.
• Experience: 1-3 years of prior experience in a law firm or legal department is preferred. Fresh graduates with exceptional skills may also apply.
• Skills Required:
