Key Responsibilities

Legal Research & Analysis – Conduct in-depth research on case laws, corporate disputes, and arbitration matters.
Drafting & Documentation – Prepare legal notices, petitions, pleadings, and contracts.
Litigation & Court Representation – Assist in court appearances, hearings, and arbitration proceedings.
Regulatory & Compliance Advisory – Work on IBC matters, company law cases, and commercial litigation.

Eligibility Criteria

1-3 years PQE in relevant practice areas.
Strong drafting, communication, and legal research skills.
Experience in High Courts, Tribunals, and Arbitration preferred.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
