About the Position

Acelegal is currently seeking a Legal Associate (Litigation) to join its team. The role involves handling litigation tasks related to tax laws and real estate transactions, drafting legal documents, and assisting seniors in court proceedings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting legal research and case analysis
• Drafting court documents, pleadings, and legal opinions
• Assisting senior advocates in hearings and litigation proceedings
• Managing compliance and documentation related to tax and real estate matters
• Coordinating with clients and stakeholders on legal issues

Eligibility Criteria:

• Law graduate from a recognized law school
• Possession of sanad from BCMG
• Minimum 2 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in litigation
• Strong understanding of litigation procedures in Maharashtra
• Prior experience in tax laws and real estate law within Maharashtra
• Proficiency in Marathi is a plus
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced legal environment
