Format and Structure
This is a full-time paid associate role, with intensive exposure to real-world legal practice. Selected candidates will engage in end-to-end legal assignments, including court appearances, drafting, legal research, client interactions, and due diligence. Evaluation will be continuous, based on work quality, client handling, adherence to deadlines, and legal acumen.

Practice Areas:
- Litigation & Arbitration: Civil and commercial litigation, arbitration before courts and tribunals (including NCLT), pleadings, court filings.
- Real Estate: Title due diligence, property transactions, interpretation of land records, agreements (lease/sale/license), RERA, and development regulations.
Stipend/Salary: Paid as per industry standards.
Eligibility
- Experience: 0–2 years PQE (Post-Qualification Experience)
- Qualifications:
- Law degree (LL.B. or equivalent)
- Enrolment with the Bar Council of Maharashtra & Goa (especially for litigation role)
- Skills Required:
- Litigation Role: Experience or internship exposure in civil/commercial litigation, arbitration, and court procedures.
- Real Estate Role: Working knowledge of land due diligence, property laws across India, and fluency in Marathi is preferred.

Selected associates will work under experienced partners and senior advocates who provide structured mentorship, legal oversight, and training.
