About the Role
Utkarsh Associates is hiring legal associates who are passionate about litigation and eager to gain hands-on experience in court proceedings. The role involves drafting legal documents, appearing before various courts and tribunals, and conducting in-depth legal research.
Eligibility Criteria
- Law graduates with a Bachelor’s Degree in Law (3-year or 5-year program) from a recognized university.
- Fresh graduates with prior internship experience in litigation will be considered.
- Registered lawyers with relevant litigation experience are encouraged to apply.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, organizational abilities, and time management skills.
- Proficiency in legal research, drafting, and court procedures.
