• Experience: 3–6 years PQE in Property Law.
• Key Skills:

  • Drafting rent agreements, commercial contracts, and property documentation.
  • Expertise in property laws such as the Transfer of Property Act, Registration Act, and local land laws.
  • Experience in drafting, negotiation, and compliance management.
  • Knowledge of national-level due diligence across jurisdictions.
  • Excellent legal drafting, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Familiarity with tools for legal research.
