About the Role

FreJun is hiring a Legal & Compliance Associate with 5–8 years of experience to manage the legal, regulatory, and secretarial compliance landscape across India and the USA. The position focuses on contract management, corporate governance, employment law, and TRAI compliance, supporting internal teams and working with external legal advisors. Format/Structure

Additional Details

Responsibilities Include:

• Legal & Regulatory Compliance in India and the USA
• Contract Management: Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of agreements
• Corporate Governance: Secretarial filings, board support, and equity management
• Employment Law Advisory: Vetting of contracts, disputes, HR compliance
• TRAI Compliance: Communications policy, data protection, and telemarketing norms
• Cross-Functional Legal Support: Work with sales, marketing, HR, finance, tech teams

Preferred Qualifications:

• LL.B. with 5–8 years of relevant legal experience
• Additional qualification like CS or LL.M preferred
• Proficiency in Indian and US legal systems
• Strong knowledge of corporate, commercial, and labor laws
• Prior experience handling TRAI and cross-border compliance is desirable
