About the Opportunity
Arthaat Legal is seeking a Legal Compliance Associate for a hybrid role based in Delhi. This role is ideal for fresh law graduates from 2025 who aspire to build a career in legal compliance and corporate law. The position offers exposure to key legal compliance activities, corporate advisory services, and professional growth in a collaborative environment.
Job Responsibilities
- Conduct legal compliance audits and reviews.
- Assist in implementing and testing legal compliance tools.
- Support litigation and contract reviews.
- Provide liaison and legal opinion services.
- Participate in internal audits and due diligence processes.
- Work on IPR and POSH compliance.
Qualifications
- Recent graduate or final-year law student (LLB).
- Strong interest in legal compliance and corporate law.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of Hindi or other regional languages is a plus.
