Key Responsibilities

As a Legal Counsel / Senior Legal Counsel at PrimEra Medical Technologies, you will be responsible for providing legal expertise in various areas, ensuring compliance with US laws, and offering support across the organization:

1. Legal Document Drafting:
   • Draft, review, and finalize legal documents, including contracts, agreements, demand letters, and complaints.Ensure that all contracts and agreements protect the company’s legal interests and comply with US federal regulations.
2. US Federal Law Compliance:
   • Provide legal advice and ensure adherence to US Federal Laws, focusing on areas related to healthcare regulations and data privacy.
   • Stay updated with recent legal developments, and assess the impact of new laws on the company’s operations.
3. Contractual Obligations and Risk Management:
   • Analyze and manage complex legal matters involving multiple stakeholders.Assist in risk management by identifying potential legal risks in contracts and advising on mitigation strategies.
4. Collaboration with Leadership:
   • Work closely with the on-site leadership team in the US and manage legal matters in collaboration with them.
   • Facilitate internal communications to ensure all legal requirements are met across various departments and business functions.
