Format and Structure

The position requires the legal executive assistant to work 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Central Time (U.S.), fully remote.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Email & Communication Management – Manage multiple business email accounts, respond promptly using templates, and ensure timely communication with clients.
  • Document & Calendar Management – Draft legal and administrative documents, schedule hearings and consultations, and avoid conflicts.
  • Client Relationship Support – Follow up with clients, ensure intake forms and worksheets are complete, and maintain clear communication.
  • Administrative Operations & Billing – Use Asana for workflow tracking, assist with invoices and collection letters via MyCase billing software.
  • Special Projects – Assist with office initiatives, event coordination, and team recognition activities.
