About the Internship:
LawDocs is offering a unique opportunity for law students and fresh graduates to gain real-world experience in LegalTech, FinTech, corporate law advisory, and data privacy laws. Interns will have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge legal and compliance tasks while being part of an innovative team that combines technology with legal expertise.
Selected Intern’s Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- LegalTech and FinTech Policy Drafting: Work on policies, documentation, and agreements related to LegalTech and FinTech sectors.
- Compliance Work: Assist with RBI and SEBI compliances for financial companies and startups, ensuring adherence to regulations.
- Corporate Law Research: Conduct research on startup laws and corporate law advisory, helping companies navigate legal requirements.
- Document Drafting: Draft legal documents and agreements for financial institutions, startups, and businesses.
- Data Privacy Laws: Work on data protection and privacy law-related tasks, ensuring compliance with the latest regulations.
- Research and Development: Contribute to LawDocs’ research center, focusing on innovation in the legal domain, LegalTech solutions, and enhancing legal accessibility.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Law or relevant degree in progress.
- Strong research and writing skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Word, MS PowerPoint).
- Excellent English proficiency (both written and spoken).
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- A keen interest in LegalTech, FinTech, and corporate law.
