About the Internship:

Selected Intern’s Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

1. LegalTech and FinTech Policy Drafting: Work on policies, documentation, and agreements related to LegalTech and FinTech sectors.
2. Compliance Work: Assist with RBI and SEBI compliances for financial companies and startups, ensuring adherence to regulations.
3. Corporate Law Research: Conduct research on startup laws and corporate law advisory, helping companies navigate legal requirements.
4. Document Drafting: Draft legal documents and agreements for financial institutions, startups, and businesses.
5. Data Privacy Laws: Work on data protection and privacy law-related tasks, ensuring compliance with the latest regulations.
6. Research and Development: Contribute to LawDocs’ research center, focusing on innovation in the legal domain, LegalTech solutions, and enhancing legal accessibility.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Law or relevant degree in progress.
• Strong research and writing skills.
