About the Opportunity

Qure.ai is seeking a Legal Intern based in Mumbai. This is a full-time internship opportunity for 4th and 5th-year students of the five-year integrated LLB programmes and final-year students of three-year LLB programmes. The intern will work closely with the General Counsel, Company Secretary, Senior Legal Associate, and Legal Associate in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Contract Structuring & Drafting: Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating legal contracts, including Non-Disclosure Agreements, License and Distribution Agreements, and more.
• Intellectual Property (IP) Management: Assisting with the organization’s IPR portfolio and ensuring compliance with applicable IP laws and regulations.
• Legal Advisory: Advising on legal implications concerning general operations and legal processes, including secretarial and compliance matters.
• Research: Conducting research on various legal topics and assisting in developing workflows, playbooks, and trackers to improve legal processes.

Skills & Expertise

• Pursuing an LLB degree from a reputed law school.
• Prior internship experience is preferable.
• Excellent drafting, communication, and legal research skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects efficiently.
