About the Internship
Stader Labs is looking for a skilled and motivated Legal Intern to join our fast-growing team. As a Legal Intern, you will gain hands-on experience in one of the most innovative and fast-paced sectors—cryptocurrencies and blockchain technology. You will be part of a dynamic team that supports various departments within Stader, ensuring compliance with ever-evolving crypto, securities, and banking regulations.
This internship offers a unique opportunity to work on legal compliance related to cryptocurrencies, blockchain technology, and investment and banking laws. You will have the chance to conduct legal research, draft and review contracts, and interact with regulatory bodies, providing legal support across product development, marketing, and compliance departments.

Key Responsibilities
As a Legal Intern, you will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Legal Research: Conduct in-depth research on legal topics related to cryptocurrencies, blockchain technology, securities laws, and banking regulations. Analyze how various laws apply to Stader’s operations to ensure compliance.
- Contract Drafting & Review: Assist with drafting and reviewing a wide range of contracts, including service agreements, vendor contracts, non-disclosure agreements (NDAs), and other business-related documents.
- Legal Opinions & Memoranda: Help prepare legal documents such as legal opinions, corporate resolutions, and memoranda.
- Cross-Departmental Support: Provide legal support to teams in product development, marketing, and compliance. Collaborate with other departments to ensure legal alignment with business objectives.
- Regulatory Liaison: Work with external counsel and regulatory agencies to ensure compliance with global crypto and banking regulations. Stay updated on legal developments related to blockchain technology and investment laws.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate for this Legal Internship should possess the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LL.B) from a recognized institution.
- 1+ years of experience in legal compliance related to cryptocurrencies, blockchain technology, and investment banking.
- Strong understanding of securities laws, banking regulations, and cryptocurrency-related laws.
- Excellent research, drafting, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
