About the Role

LeadSquared is seeking a Legal Intern – Disputes and Contracts to join their legal team in Bengaluru for a 3-6 month internship. This position is tailored for recent LLB graduates or final-year law students keen on gaining substantial experience in dispute resolution and contract management.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and draft case summaries for dispute management.
• Prepare and organize documentation for ongoing disputes, including drafting responses, notices, and rejoinders.
• Manage a repository of dispute-related documents and track filing deadlines.
• Assist in drafting, reviewing, and organizing contracts, including commercial agreements and vendor contracts.
• Research case laws, regulations, and best practices, providing concise reports to the legal team.

Eligibility Requirements

• LLB degree (fresh graduates or final-year law students).
• Interest in dispute resolution, arbitration, and contract law.
• Basic understanding of Indian laws related to disputes and contracts.
• Strong legal research, drafting, and analytical skills.
• Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
