Format and Structure

This is a full-time, offline internship opportunity. Selected candidates will be expected to work from Asire Consulting LLP’s Delhi office, with working days from Monday to Friday.

Interns will be involved in the following domains:

• Audit & Assurance
• Direct Tax and Income Tax Compliance
• GST and Indirect Taxation
• International Taxation and Transfer Pricing
• Base Erosion and Profit Shifting (BEPS) Analysis
• Legal Due Diligence and Regulatory Filings
• Litigation Support and Drafting Representations
• Interface with regulatory bodies including RBI, IRS officers, and senior bureaucrats

• Office Location: Near Nirman Vihar Metro Station, East Delhi, New Delhi, India
• Mode: Offline, In-Office
• Preferred Candidates: Residents of Delhi, Noida, Ghaziabad, and Meerut (Well connected via Metro)
