About the Internship
This is a hands-on legal internship focused on contract operations, NDAs, redlining, and legal abstraction work. Interns will gain direct exposure to internal legal processes and contribute meaningfully to projects involving contract lifecycle management and document negotiation.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Pursuing LLB/LLM (2nd year onwards) from a recognized law university

- Familiarity with NDA structures, commercial agreements, and abstraction
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Word and Excel)
- Ability to summarize large legal documents efficiently
- Experience with legal document management systems or tracking tools
- Knowledge of corporate law, contract law, and legal compliance
