Format and Structure

The internship is structured as a full-time offline opportunity conducted at AISATS’ corporate office in Mumbai. Interns will work closely with the legal team and report to senior legal officers.

Key Responsibilities:

• MIS Tracking: Maintain databases and legal trackers; record minutes of meetings and follow-up actions.
• Document Management: Organize and update legal files including contracts and correspondences.
• Follow-ups & Coordination: Liaise with internal departments and external legal counsel for case progress.
• Legal Research: Assist with research on statutes, regulations, and ongoing legal matters.
• Administrative Support: Draft legal summaries, basic legal communications, and assist senior legal staff.

Performance will be evaluated based on task completion, participation, accuracy of documentation, and professionalism.
