About the Event

This internship is designed to provide hands-on exposure to legal advisory in the corporate retail food sector. Ideal for final-year law students or fresh graduates interested in gaining direct experience in negotiation, drafting, and litigation coordination. Interns will assist the in-house legal team with ongoing legal work, particularly involving agreements, research, and external counsel communication.

Format and Structure

The internship will run for 3 months (full-time), on-site at Burger Singh Headquarters in Sector 65, Gurugram. Interns will:

• Support legal negotiations with franchisees and vendors
• Draft, review, and manage NDAs, SLAs, and supply agreements
• Draft show-cause and legal notices
• Prepare legal research briefs and policy documents
• Coordinate with external counsel for litigation and corporate matters

Evaluation will be based on performance, and top interns may receive full-time job offers post-internship.
