Format and Structure
The internship will be offline, conducted from the chambers’ office in New Delhi. The selected intern will assist with:
- Drafting petitions, affidavits, and briefs
- Legal research related to arbitration, writs, and commercial disputes
- Court visits (primarily Supreme Court and Delhi High Court)
- Support for arbitration proceedings and enforcement applications
- Preparation of client notes and hearing updates
Interns will work closely with Mr. Surjendu Sankar Das and Ms. Annie Mittal and will be mentored throughout their engagement.
