About the Event

Format and Structure

The internship is conducted in offline mode at the Daraz Headquarters in Dhaka, Bangladesh. Selected interns will be onboarded after an application screening process. Key responsibilities include:

• Conducting legal research on applicable laws and case precedents.
• Drafting, reviewing, and editing contracts, agreements, and internal policies.
• Supporting in-house lawyers with case file preparation and court documentation.
• Participating in legal and compliance-related meetings and compiling actionable notes.
• Maintaining well-organized legal files and compliance documentation.
• Monitoring internal legal compliance and assisting with reporting procedures.
• Performing day-to-day administrative functions under the Legal Department’s direction.

Interns are expected to bring high energy, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
