About the Event

Format and Structure

The selected interns will be assigned to the legal & compliance team and their responsibilities will include:

Contract Management

• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating service agreements, NDAs, and commercial contracts.
• Ensuring all contracts align with internal policies and Indian legal standards.

Regulatory Compliance

• Tracking updates in corporate, data protection, labor, and securities law.
• Supporting preparation and filing of statutory reports and compliance documentation.

Litigation Support

• Coordinating with external legal counsel.
• Preparing briefs, affidavits, and case documentation.

Legal Research & Advisory

• Conducting research on judicial precedents, regulatory changes, and corporate law.
• Advising internal teams on business risks and compliance protocols.

Cross-Department Collaboration

• Engaging with HR, Finance, and Operations teams on governance and employee matters.

Risk & Audit Management

• Participating in legal audits and identifying compliance gaps.
• Proposing frameworks for mitigating legal risks.

Training & Documentation

• Hosting internal sessions on legal best practices.
• Maintaining and updating internal legal repositories.
