Exponent Energy is inviting applications from final-year law students and recent graduates for a 6-month, full-time legal internship based at their Bangalore headquarters. This role offers practical exposure to corporate and regulatory law within the context of a fast-growing technology and clean energy startup.
Interns will work directly with Exponent’s in-house legal team and participate in live projects that involve legal documentation, risk assessment, regulatory compliance, and commercial contract management.

Interns will work on-site in Bangalore under close supervision and mentorship from the internal legal and operations team. The internship is designed to offer real-time legal exposure through the following core responsibilities:
