About the Internship

Faclon Labs invites applications for its in-office Legal Internship program at its Mumbai headquarters. This internship provides law students with the opportunity to engage in core corporate legal work, gain insights into legal operations in a technology-driven environment, and work closely with a dynamic legal and compliance team.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and edit contracts, NDAs, vendor agreements, and employment contracts
• Prepare legal templates and process checklists for internal use
• Conduct research on laws and regulations including IP rights, employment laws, and data privacy
• Monitor changes in legislation and compliance obligations
• Prepare compliance reports and assist in audit-related documentation
• Organize legal documents and maintain repository systems
• Draft initial responses to legal notices under supervision
• Assist in case preparation for legal disputes
