About the Internship

Internship Details

• Role: Legal Intern
• Location: Remote / Hybrid / Mumbai HQ (preferred)
• Duration: Minimum 1 month (flexible)
• Stipend: Up to ₹15,000 per month (based on competence)
• Start Date: Rolling (Immediate joining preferred)

Responsibilities

• Drafting & reviewing contracts: NDAs, SaaS, DPA, Licensing
• Legal research in areas like AI law, IPR, and data privacy
• Supporting compliance processes (GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA)
• Maintaining templates & regulatory filings
• Contributing to internal governance and product-related legal issues

Eligibility

• Pursuing a law degree (LL.B. or JD)
• Strong research and legal writing skills
• Interest in SaaS, tech regulations, and IP law
• Preferred: Experience with data privacy laws, SaaS contracting, or corporate governance
