Format and Structure

The internship involves legal documentation, compliance support, and interaction with internal and external stakeholders. Tasks include:

• Drafting and reviewing NDAs, vendor contracts, and service agreements.
• Conducting legal research, especially concerning Company Law and Labour Law.
• Managing internal legal documentation and digital legal records.
• Preparing responses to legal notices and coordinating with external counsel when required.
• Supporting periodic legal filings and renewals in compliance with regulatory timelines.
• Identifying potential legal risks and proposing basic solutions under senior guidance.

Eligibility

• Students currently pursuing a 3-Year LL.B or 5-Year Integrated Law Degree.
