Format and Structure

Responsibilities:

Draft and review legal documents:

• PPA (Power Purchase Agreements)
• EPC (Engineering Procurement Construction) contracts
• Lease deeds and related agreements

Conduct legal research and assist in regulatory compliance matters
Maintain and organize land/legal records including:

• 7/12 extracts, mutation entries, and other property documents
  Assist cross-functional teams in addressing business legal requirements
