About the Event

This internship is designed to equip law students with practical exposure to real-world legal drafting across various domains. The opportunity is fully online and ideal for students looking to gain internship experience without relocating. Interns will be expected to engage in weekly drafting exercises, legal commentaries, and case analysis under guidance.

Internship Deliverables:

1. Civil and criminal drafting
2. Constitutional and cyber law drafting (including AI-related legal questions)
3. Drafting of writs and Public Interest Litigations (PILs)
4. Case commentaries and research paper writing
5. Work on the Bharatiya Sakshya Adhiniyam, 2023 (Evidence Act)
6. Legal writing on corporate and statutory law issues
