About the Event

The Law/Legal Internship at The Souled Store is an in-office opportunity for law students who are enthusiastic about combining corporate legal practice with creative industries. Format and Structure

Interns will work directly with the in-house legal team on ongoing projects and assignments.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Conduct legal research on commercial, IP, and regulatory issues
• Draft and review legal documents, including vendor agreements, NDAs, and contracts
• Support in maintaining legal documentation and digital records
• Assist with compliance checks and monitor updates in consumer protection, IP, and data privacy laws
• Coordinate with internal departments to address legal queries
• Help the team in risk analysis, due diligence, and IP-related filings (if needed)
