Format and Structure

The internship will follow an immersive work model with structured responsibilities and learning goals. The selected intern will work closely with the founder/CEO, contribute to day-to-day legal drafting and advisory, and build a documentation repository for ongoing business needs. The scope will include:

• Drafting and reviewing vendor contracts, employment documents, NDAs, and store-related agreements.
• Researching laws related to consumer protection, employment, FDI, IP rights, and retail compliance.
• Liaising with consultants on legal queries and notice responses.
• Preparing reports, risk summaries, and legal briefs for strategic discussions.
• Gaining exposure to contract lifecycle management and documentation systems.
