Format and Structure
Interns will report directly to the Pune-based Associate Corporate Counsel and support in:
- Reading and reviewing RFPs and BD documents
- Understanding and executing legal documentation and compliance
- Reviewing documents such as JV agreements, teaming agreements, POAs, declarations, affidavits
- Assisting in printing, notarization, stamping, and submission of documents
- Tracking project agreement executions (NDAs, statutory forms, etc.)
Internship tasks are a mix of legal research, drafting, documentation, and operational support in the A/E/C corporate space.
