About the Opportunity

Iron Systems is inviting applications for a Legal, Vendor, and Worker Compliance Internship. This hands-on role provides final-year law students the opportunity to work directly with senior legal and compliance professionals on global IT service contracts, vendor governance, and regulatory compliance frameworks. Interns will gain exposure to contract negotiation, SOW drafting, risk analysis, audit compliance, and dispute resolution in a dynamic and international legal environment.

Format/Structure

Key Responsibilities:

• Contract Negotiations & Drafting: Draft NDAs, MSAs, SOWs; negotiate IT and resource augmentation contracts globally.
• Lifecycle Management: Execute and renew vendor SOWs; ensure accurate internal approvals and contract flow-downs.
• Compliance & Governance: Liaise with vendors for onboarding, audits, and strengthen compliance checks.
• Risk & Dispute Management: Manage legal risks and disputes; propose innovative solutions for contract enforcement.
• Reporting: Weekly vendor contract sign-off reports; SLA enhancement proposals.

Additional Details

Eligibility:

• Final-year LL.B. or LL.M. student from a recognized university.
• Strong skills in legal drafting, research, and negotiation.
• Familiarity with corporate law, IT contracts, and vendor governance preferred.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
